Digital Products — No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once an ebook has been purchased and download access has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or returns under any circumstances.

Why We Have This Policy
Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be returned once accessed. This policy protects the integrity of our products and is standard practice for all digital goods sold online.

Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is if you have been charged but did not receive access to your product. In this case, please contact us at CEO/Owner - bgutt25@gmail.com or owneroflooksmax@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue immediately.
